Series 2000 Platform

Our Series 2000 crawler is our medium size robot platform. The twin drive track units equipped with powerful permanent magnet pads and unique suspension system enable the robot to traverse a wide variety of ferrous structures. Designed specifically for the rigorous environment of an un-cleaned coal-fired boiler, this robot finds its principle applications in inspecting boilers, tanks, penstock, pipes and other large structures. Applications include a wide variety of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) techniques with automated B-Scan / C-Scan capabilities provided through integrated data collection
and management software.
